Based on the Standard Days Method of family planning, CycleBeads are a color-coded string of beads that represent the menstrual cycle. It is designed to help women visually track their cycle days by moving a small ring over one bead each day. CycleBeads are distributed with an instructional insert that guides the user through the steps required to use the method effectively.
